Refund policy

All return requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase. Items sent back beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Items must be returned in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or washed unless they have a clear manufacturing defect upon arrival.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty. If a return is approved for a faulty item, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

A "faulty" item refers to a manufacturing defect such as fabric holes, loose seams, or damaged fastenings that impact the garment's wearability. It does not include minor stitching variations, loose threads, or standard wear and tear over time. Please note, small imperfections that do not affect the function or longevity of the item will not be classified as faults.

Print Placement Variations

Our products often feature unique prints, and due to the nature of fabric cutting during manufacturing, the placement of these prints can vary from one item to another. This means that the exact positioning of patterns or designs may differ from what is displayed in our product images.

We believe these variations add to the individuality and charm of each piece. Therefore, requests for returns or exchanges based solely on print placement will not be accepted, as these differences are not considered defects or faults.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
